Our story

Kaon ta, pull up a chair

Every meal at Parrilla is a celebration of heritage, community, and the unforgettable taste of Negros.

We cook the way Negrenses gather: generously, and around a full table. Our kitchen leans into the flavours the island is loved for, from smoky inasal off the grill to a rich, marrow-deep bowl of cansi, the dish Bacolod claims as its own.

Much of it starts close to home. Fresh seafood, native chicken, muscovado sugar, and the sour brightness of batuan and calamansi all find their way onto the menu, cooked simply so the ingredients can speak.

Come for lunch, linger through merienda, or bring the whole barkada for dinner. However you arrive, you leave family. Welcome to Parrilla.
